A well known lifestyle coaching company specializing in relationships and personal development and are growing fast. We are currently seeking a superstar manager take over the daily operations for the company.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The ideal candidate for this manager position will be responsible for the day to day running and growing of the company, which includes speaking on the phone, organizing group workshops, tracking sales and events in Vancouver and other cities and coordinating with our coaches, sales manager and marketing manager to market and fill our courses.
This position is part management/administrative/organizational and part sales and marketing (i.e. business development) and we are willing to train the right individual on how to run the company.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS (You…):
- Are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Have strong attention to detail, are well organized, flexible, have strong people, project and time management skills and are able to focus on the bottom line and meet deadlines.
- Are familiar with the sales funnel, love to sell, by phone, internet, or in person and are a Team Player.
- Are knowledgeable of business practices including sales, marketing, accounting and management.
- Are internet savvy (email, web browser) and can use the MS Office Suite use (MS Word, Excel,…).
- Have interest in the field of personal coaching for self improvement and relationships.
- Have prior project management experience.
RESEARCH:
You will be required to learn about our industry, who the participants are and what has been done in the past. There will be a lot of internet research required with attention to detail and note taking.
SCHEDULE AND LOCATION:
This is a part time contract position, where you determine your own hours (thus you must have initiative) and we’ll be monitoring your progress and results. You must be flexible and available to work after hours and weekends as required, most likely from your home our office at Beatty and Pender, with a high level of autonomy. We are looking for someone who will grow with the company, as this gets busier, this can certainly turn into a full time position.
